Espirito Santo do Pinhal, in the state of Sao Paulo, gives life to one of the best coffees in Brazil. This coffee is harvested at an altitude ranging between 1,100 and 1,200 m. The result in the cup is a surprising coffee with an excellent balance, velvety and creamy body, sweet, medium and pleasant acidity. A fruity aroma, hazelnut and chocolate notes are the main characteristics of this Bourbon Red.
